While dropping by Edna's apartment to check up on the mother, Sister Veronica overhears a concerning cough coming from Edna's eldest daughter, Tracy. Upon assessing Tracy further, Sister Veronica discovers the young child is struggling to breathe. Edna rushes to call for an ambulance, and Sister Veronica realizes the abundance of black mold covering the child's bedroom walls.
