Driving Jersey producer Steve Rogers grew up along the coast on Long Beach Island. Following Hurricane Sandy, Rogers returned to the area he once called home to check in on old friends, neighbors and neighborhoods. Many of those he encountered had only just returned to their devastated, salt-water soaked homes. This is the first part of a two part series of Driving Jersey: After Sandy episodes.
