Hickenlooper signs bill allowing grocers to sell full-strength alcohol.

Governor Hickenlooper signed the Liquor Sales for Grocery Stores Bill, that allows grocers to sell full strength liquor and beer. The inititive allows stores to purchase liquor licenses 1500 feet from any other liquor license business.
